Crock Pot Dark Chocolate Pudding

This is awesome to serve as a dessert for parties or small home gatherings because it is quick and simple to make. You can substitute for semi-sweet or white chocolate chips. This would also pair nicely with Sweet Crepes and Strawberries to add in that delicious chocolate flavoring.

Ingredients Needed To Make Slow Cooker Chocolate Pudding

  • 6 eggs at room temperature
  • 4 cups of heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 pound of dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup marshmallow cream (marshmallow fluff)

How To Make Slow Cooker Chocolate Pudding 

In a medium crock pot, combine the eggs, heavy cream, and salt. Whisk thoroughly.

Add the chocolate chips, cover, and set the crock pot on High to melt, about 30 minutes; whisk until smooth.

Cook on Low for another 30 minutes. Scrape down the crock pot; whisk the pudding. Cook until set at the edges, but loose in the center, approximately 1 hour 15 minutes; whisk until smooth.

Set on Warm to keep. Whisk just before serving.
