It was a chilly day yesterday, which made it the perfect time to whip up something warm and tasty. We decided to throw together a Crock Pot Ground-Beef Stew recipe and it didn’t disappoint!

Be sure to check out our Crock Pot Carrot Soup for another tasty soup recipe.

Crock Pot Ground-Beef Stew

We made a few changes to the recipe and actually doubled the batch this time and cooked it in a 7-quart crock pot. We also used russet potatoes with the skins on, because that’s all we had on hand and we were too lazy to peel them.

Next time, we’ll use small red potatoes. Don’t be afraid to get creative with the seasonings!
