1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (optional for added spice)
2 large chicken breasts, cut into 1″ pieces
1 can, 20 oz, pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 cup carrots, cut into 1/4″ pieces
1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced thin
3 green onions, chopped, optional for serving
4-6 servings of prepared white rice, optional for serving
How to make Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (optional for added spice)
- 2 large chicken breasts, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 can, 20 oz, pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/2 cup carrots, cut into 1/4" pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced thin
- 3 green onions, chopped, optional for serving
- 4-6 servings of prepared white rice, optional for serving
Preheat oven to 450 and grease a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
Add teriyaki sauce, honey and sriracha if using, in a small bowl and mix well.
In a separate large bowl, add chicken, pineapple, carrots and pepper and mix well. Pour sauce into bowl and mix well to evenly coat. Spread onto prepared pan in a single layer.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve topped with green onions and over rice if desired.
