*This is a sponsored post, because HOLY CRAP the CEO of Bulletproof saw us talking about his coffee!!*
My love affair with coffee started 11 years ago. I was a new Mother. My son was an extremely colicky baby. He cried all the time. If he wasn’t crying he was nursing. He never slept. He was basically an uninvited angry house guest that wouldn’t leave. When I stopped nursing at around eight months, I was looking for anything to give me a pick me up. I was never a coffee drinker, in fact I though coffee was gross. I was so naïve. I bought my first coffee pot and gave it a whirl. It was simply amazing. I had found my new best friend.
Here are a 15 reasons I love coffee
-
Coffee gives me the opportunity to talk to people without punching them.
-
Coffee allows me to be a better parent.
-
I am able to get more of “The Things” done due to coffee.
-
I am “Nicer.” Honestly, you should see me before coffee.
-
When I taste that first sip in the morning, all of my troubles melt away. That is until I step in dog poop, or a Lego.
-
Coffee understand my wants and needs and we enjoy a good healthy relationship.
-
Coffee doesn’t judge me for being pantless. In fact, I think my coffee enjoys that I am pantless.
-
Coffee forces me to us kinder words and creates a filter, most of the time.
-
Coffee never judges me. Never. Ever. Ever.
-
I have used paper towel, toilet paper, old artwork from my kid’s room as coffee filters when I have run out. I am positive I have digested Elmer’s glue in the process, but it was worth it.
-
Coffee makes me prettier.
-
Coffee makes me funny.
-
Coffee loves me just as much as I love it. I know this because it tells me.
-
Coffee makes me LESS crazy. Not completely normal, just LESS crazy.
-
Coffee is liquid courage. There have been times when I never thought I could get all of the laundry and dishes done, but coffee was there for me to help me through the battle.
A few months back I got sick. My stomach was in knots and the beautiful liquid gold, that I so lovingly cherished, wasn’t sitting well. Coffee was turning on me. How could this be???? What was I to do? I started looking for a coffee that would be kinder to my tummy. When I was in California I tried Bulletproof and I liked it. I remembered that it was so-called “Clean” coffee, so I ordered some to see if my tummy could stomach it. Not only did it help my tummy, it was really great coffee. Check out the video below to see all of the buzz around Bulletproof. The CEO was so impressed with our community that they sent me a PROMO Code for you guys to get 10% off anything in the store. If you love coffee, you will love Bulletproof. You guys know that I love my children. I love the BM. I love Wine, and I really love coffee. I couldn’t believe when they reached out to me to talk about their product and share the discount offer with us. You guys can now get 10% off store wide using PROMO CODE: MEREDITH10
They have all sorts of great stuff in their store including snacks, apparel, cookbooks, and so much more. The BM really likes their Vanilla Shortbread.
I totally agree. I use bulletproof coffee to keep me calm and focused so I can deal with my job, my house and my family. Oh yeah, I have ADHD, I should add that.
Great stuff!
