Ingredients:

  • 1 lb frozen bread dough, thawed
  • Pizza sauce
  • Assorted toppings: pepperoni, cooked sausage, ham, veggies,etc.
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Roll each piece into a 6-8″ circle on a lightly floured surface. Place the dough on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread pizza sauce on half of each dough circle. Add your preferred toppings and a generous amount of shredded cheese. Fold the dough over, sealing the edges by pressing firmly.
  4. In a small bowl, mix Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Brush milk over the dough’s surface and sprinkle the cheese and seasoning mixture.
