English muffin pizzas are a quick and fun meal you and your kiddos can make in just a few minutes. Bonus—each person can customize their pizza!
Ingredients:
- English muffins, split in half
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Your favorite pizza toppings (e.g., pepperoni slices, sliced bell peppers, sliced olives, sliced mushrooms, etc.)
- Optional: dried oregano and red pepper flakes
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place the English muffin halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
- Spread a tablespoon or so of pizza sauce on each English muffin half. You can adjust the amount of sauce to your liking.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce. Make sure to cover the sauce evenly.
- Add your favorite pizza toppings. Be creative! You can use pepperoni slices, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, or any other toppings you enjoy.
- If you like a little extra flavor, sprinkle a pinch of dried oregano and red pepper flakes over the top for added seasoning.
- Place the baking sheet with the English muffin pizzas in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the English muffins are toasted to your liking.
- Carefully remove the English muffin pizzas from the oven and allow them to cool for a minute or two. Use a spatula to transfer the mini pizzas to a plate or serving tray.
- Enjoy your homemade English muffin pizzas while they’re still warm!
