Crunchy Onion Burgers

Burger Night just got a little glow-up with this recipe for Crunchy Onion Burgers.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups French’s French Fried Onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic power
  • Lettuce, tomato slices, and sliced cheese (if desired)
  • Kaiser rolls
  • Your family’s favorite condiments

Instructions:

  1. Mix beef, Worcestershire sauce, 1 cup onions and garlic powder in a bowl.
  2. Form six burger patties with mixture and cook in a oiled skillet to desired “doneness.” Usually 7-8 minutes on each side will cook the burgers “Medium Well.”
  3. If adding cheese, place a slice on each burger for the last 1-2 minutes of cooking.
  4. Serve on Kaiser rolls topped with remaining onions and select condiments.
