Our fresh, easy, and delicious Rotisserie Chicken Caesar Wraps are great for both those busy weeknights or easy going weekends.
Ingredients:
- 1 Rotisserie chicken
 - 4-6 large tortillas or wraps
 - 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
 - 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions:
- Shred a warm rotisserie chicken and set aside.
 - In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and grated Parmesan cheese.
 - Lay out the tortillas and spoon the chicken mixture onto each one. Drizzle with Caesar dressing.
 - Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom, creating a wrap.
 - Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately.
 
Optional additions:
- Croutons for added crunch
 - Bacon bits for extra flavor
 - Avocado slices for creaminess
