As I watch my little girl grow into a young lady I still want to shield her from this harsh world. Unfortunately, I am going to have to let her grow up at some point although I am fighting it tooth and nail! I have some advice for my future grown-up daughter.
Never let anyone tell you that you can’t do something!
You, my dear, can accomplish anything in life if you try hard enough. Don’t ever let anyone tell you otherwise.
Stay silly!
You are never too old to dance around in the living room like you don’t have a care in the world. Stay silly and keep taking those funny face selfies.
Keep being you!
Don’t ever change who you are for anyone. You are an original, there is nobody else like you. Be true to yourself forever.
Don’t settle for anything in life!
Whether it be a job, a husband, or anything for that matter, always strive to attain exactly what you want. You deserve it after all.
Take that picture with your kids!
It doesn’t matter if your hair is a mess or you don’t have any makeup on, take pictures with your family. Don’t miss out on documenting your amazing memories because you think you don’t look good enough. Your kids won’t care and neither should you.
You are beautiful!
No matter what size your jeans are or what color your hair is, you are beautiful. Let that beauty shine always and forever.
Money isn’t everything!
It is not always about how much money you make, or what kind of car you drive. Just make sure you are happy with your life no matter what.
Love with your whole heart!
When you find the one. The one that will be your forever. Love with your whole heart and don’t hide your true self. Just keep it real.
