When people ask how many kids I have and I respond that “I have four and would like one more,” they look at me like I’ve lost my damn mind. First of all, don’t judge! It’s rude and archaic. I thought our species was evolving. Second, large families used to be the norm and I have the capacity to take care of mine financially. What is so wrong with having four or five children? It’s not for everyone, and I respect that, but why do I have to be looked at like a stupid sea monkey because I chose to have more children than the next person?
Here’s a pic of my gorgeous brood six months ago after the birth of little Alessandra (who we call Aless)…
What do you think? How many kids is too many kids? Is there even such a thing as “too many kids?”
