As parents, we are held accountable for our kids doing their homework. I totally get this and completely agree with the mentality and approach. What I don’t agree with is a relatively new tactic that teachers are using. Google docs! Just look:
Google docs is a whole new level of accountability. Dates. Time of revisions. It’s online. Accessible anytime, from any computer with a net connection. No more passive participation or spot checks! Oh, hell no. Those days are over.
I will say that I’ve had a blast having editing wars with Caden. I just worry that I might come across as a dumbass, because my edits are right there, front and center. I can’t blame my stupid shit on him anymore! (Just kidding, Cade!)
