I had to eulogize my Honda Odyssey. It was part of the family, perhaps my best friend.

I’m so sorry to hear about your odyssey I too totaled our odyssey and thank god the kids weren’t in the van because my sons car seat flew across the van I miss that van and sliding doors because apparently my children don’t know how to close or open regular car doors!
Hi Lisa. I replaced it with another Odyssey! I just had to. I loved it. Thank you for heading over here. I hope you will hang around.

Meredith, thank you so much for that loving eulogy. I too lost my 2007 “Minnie” this past summer when that suicidal antelope jumped in front of her in the middle of nowhere Wyoming. She gave her life to save our entire family. I should have followed in your footsteps and gotten another Odyssey, but alas, we made the mistake of thinking we were ready for an SUV. A giant Sequoia no less. I didn’t realize my 9 & 12 year old still had not mastered opening and closing doors. And do you know how hard it is for 78 year old Grandma to climb up into the cab? I so miss my Minnie.
